Best Selling BMW for a Reason

After crashing my beloved RT, I tried to give up riding, but I found that there was no substitute for the feeling of riding. I enjoyed my RT, so I decided to get another BMW. This time I wanted something that encompassed all the traits of the RT, in a lighter, more "fun" package. The GS fit the bill.

My only issue with my GS is that it seemed to have a engine that was built by two drunk Germans on a Friday afternoon. The darn engine wasn't anywhere near as good as the one in my RT, and I really wanted something with more power. I spent money on accessories trying to make the GS into a pure touring bike and finally realized that I really wanted a touring bike. After nearly 14,000 happy miles on the GS, I sold it.
